STEVE HAMILTON
Steve graduated from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Arizona Law School. After graduation, he served as a public defender for Pima County in Tucson before returning to Iowa to join the practice in 1976. He has practiced law for more than 45 years and is admitted to Iowa state and federal courts as well as Nebraska and Arizona state courts. He is a licensed pilot and has specialized knowledge about aviation injuries.

MARY HAMILTON
Mary attended the University of Arizona and Buena Vista University, where she earned an accounting degree. She passed the CPA exam and practiced as an accountant for 10 years before attending Creighton University Law School. Mary is admitted to Iowa state and federal courts.

MOLLY HAMILTON
Molly attended Creighton University and Loyola University Chicago, earning a master's degree in clinical social work. She spent 10 years working in hospitals in Chicago before attending The John Marshall Law School while continuing her work as a social worker. She graduated in 2013 and is admitted to practice in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri, in both state and federal courts. Molly has handled several high-profile nursing home cases and is the go-to in nursing home abuse and neglect cases.

WILLIS HAMILTON
1945-2025 - In Memoriam
Willis graduated from Creighton University and Creighton University School of Law. He joined the practice upon graduation in 1974 and went on to practice law for 43 years. He was admitted to Iowa state and federal courts as well as Nebraska state court. Over the course of his career, he negotiated two of the largest settlements in the firm's history.
